In the fortified wine category, the Moscatel de Setúbal appellation is a secret that must be shared! For this cuvée, made from the Muscat d'Alexandrie grape variety, the whole bunches were macerated for two months. Fermentation began before being stopped by the addition of brandy, in order to preserve a good part of the natural sugars of the grapes. This was followed by 24 months of aging in barrels. The result? A very aromatic, rich and smooth wine. Serve it chilled with blue cheeses or fruit-based desserts.
