Although settled in the Loire Valley on their Domaine des Hauts Baigneux, Nicolas Grosbois and Philippe Mesnier source their grapes in the South-West to develop this natural sparkling wine (a category that many now dub "Pet Nat'"), made with Semillon, Loin de l'Oeil and Mauzac. The bubbles result from the grapes natural sugar, which ensures the first fermentation and the foam creation throughout the process. This sparkling wine displays scents of apple, pear and almond in a delicate and airy mouth, perfect as an aperitif.
