A blend of lambics and sour cherries (200 g of cherries per litre), this 100% organic kriek imposes its fruity character through a marked acidity, a light foam and a funky finish. The palate is round, harmonious and without heaviness. Serve it as an aperitif paired to prosciutto-melon bites!
