The «Monologo» wine range was born from a desire to express the personality of a single variety of grape, from a precise and qualitative place. This one is all about the Arinto grape variety, one of those authorized under the Vinho Verde appellation. Its aromas of citrus and green apple are complemented by scents reminiscent of celery salt and by a delicate touch of smoke. Original and full of character, this is a very nice cuvée to discover!

For three generations, the Eymann family, pioneers of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Germany, have produced true and precise wines with an artisanal approach that respects the environment. The Gönnheimer Riesling, from this village in the Palatinate, reflects this philosophy: a straightforward, unpretentious wine, vinified with minimal intervention to let the terroir speak for itself. A "grey wine" is a wine tinted by a short contact with the skins of a "grey" grape, graced with a slightly pink skin, during pressing. This cuvée presents itself with a sweetness that brings volume to the mouth. You’ll love it with sweet and salty starters such as a melon and Feta salad.

On the terroirs of the northern tip of the Médoc, Château Rollan de By has established itself for several decades as a trusted name among Bordeaux's Crus Bourgeois. The 2015 vintage, exceptional for its maturity and balance, offers a cuvée of great elegance, generous and at the top of its game.
