The fine and persistent bubbles of this rosé wine are achieved thought tank effervescence development («prise de mousse»). Delicate, fresh and tonic, this sparkling wine made from Aglianico offers a supple mouth featuring flavours of strawberry, pomegranate and cherry. Farnese is a rather young business, but in just a few years, it became number one for exports in southern Italy, with nearly 13 million bottles in production and a policy based on a quest for the highest quality.
