Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour has the largest Grand Cru vineyard in Burgundy. Today Éléonore Latour, at only 28 years old, represents the 12th generation of her family to run the famed winery, yet she’s the first woman to do so. She generously agreed to speak with us about her estate, the growing presence of women in the industry and her vision for the future.
