    1. Matured in New Zealand Pinot Noir casks, a first for the Ardbeg distillery, Blaaack displays subtle fruity notes to which are added peaty, spicy and chocolate accents. Expressive, harmonious, superb!
    2. An inlet separating the Isle of Islay from Jura, Caol Ila gives its Gaelic name to this smoky and peaty scotch. The mouth, round and generous, is completed by notes of praline and mocha.
    3. Laphroaig distillery is renowned the world over for its scotches with intense peaty, iodized and smoky aromas. With a quarter of a century of aging, this bottle is of incredible aromatic complexity, where accents of citrus, hot apple, spices, vanilla and seaside intermingle.
    4. Founded in 1815, Laphroaig distillery is a neighbour of Lagavulin. It takes its name from the Scottish Gaelic ‘’Lag a'mhor aig’’, which means ‘’the cave in the bay’’. Matured in bourbon casks then in 60 liters quarter-casks and finally in sherry casks, this scotch offers powerful fruity, peaty and spicy sensations.
    5. Known for its very lightly peated whiskeys, Cragganmore surprises with a version where that sensation is put forth. It adds flavours of citrus, spices, caramel and wood to its profile, in a charming harmony.
    6. Aged in sherry oloroso and pedro-ximenez oak barrels, this single malt is a real aromatic bomb as expressed by its aromas of cooked peach, nuts, dried apricot, cherry and vanilla. The mouth is powerful and long, leaving us with notes of chocolate and salted caramel.
    7. This whisky is named to honour the Murray family for its military service in Scotland. It’s aged only in bourbon casks. It reveals aromas of orchard fruit, citrus and cherry, complemented by hints of vanilla and sweet nuts. Of course, oak is present and also asserts itself with notes of smoke and sweet spices.
