The Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) recently noted that some breathalyzers distributed in stores had an expiry date of November 2022.
In this context, our in-store teams proceeded to remove them quickly, but you may still have some in your possession. In this event, we invite you to validate the expiry date of this product, and if necessary, to go to a branch to get a refund or exchange it for another breathalyzer.
As indicated by the manufacturer, these breathalyzers are a preventive tool used to give an indication of the alcohol level. Only breathalyzers used by police services can certify an individual's alcohol level.
