Tasting Climate Change is a conference on the impacts of climate change on the wine industry. For two days, the world's leading experts and players in the field will share their knowledge in order to identify sustainable solutions during a dozen or so conferences and panels.
Held every two years, the conference covers a multitude of topics related to the challenges facing the wine world in the context of climate change. Founded in 2017 by Quebec sommelier Michelle Bouffard, the event is aimed at members of the wine industry and specialized media.
This year's panelists will include two SAQ representatives: Marie-Hélène Lagacé, Vice-President, Public Affairs, Communication and Social Responsibility ("Bulk & On-Site Bottling " panel) and Christian Marier-Pilon, Director, Social Responsibility ("Packaging and its Content: the Dilemmas" panel (lightweight glass).
