Here are a few cuvées to help you relive those moments. Close your eyes, enjoy, and it’s as if you were there. 

Languedoc-Roussillon as if you were there

A metaphor that describes both the style of the wine and their overall approach to their vineyards, this cuvée is made from young vines, but receives the same attention as the other cuvées of the Château. 

A real crowd pleaser and organic, to boot! Great as an aperitif or to accompany a platter of cheeses, charcuterie and pâtés, or the classic Caprese salad. 

Escape to Washington State 

Founded in 1989 in the Yakima Valley by Tom Hedges and his wife Anne-Marie, originally from Champagne, Hedges Family Estate is an environmentally conscious estate and today works in biodynamics, organic and sustainable agriculture. Sales of the aptly named family vineyard are under the direction of their son Christophe, while winemaking is the responsibility of their daughter Sarah, chief oenologist. The CMS cuvée bears the name of the grape varietiy blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah), of course all grown organically. 


It offers notes of black cherry, raspberry, cinnamon and vanilla in a rich and structured texture. Serve with a grilled entrecôte with herbed butter.

Dreaming of California

The very first vintage created by the estate, it was the wine that started the adventure by establishing the framework and rigour in the development of its product range. 

A hit with customers thanks to its charming side, its supple tannins and its versatility at the table, go ahead and serve it with red meats in sauce or a blue-cheese beef burger.
