For a touch of originality, we have a simple recipe here for creating your own whipped cream, flavoured with Baileys, rum, or any other favourite liqueur. An ideal recipe for weekends at the chalet!
125 ml (½ cup) 35% whipping cream
45 ml (3 tablespoons) icing sugar
15 ml (1 tablespoon) Baileys or your favourite liqueur
Mix together the icing sugar and the cream and start beating with an electric mixer. While beating, add the liqueur slowly and continue to beat the mixture until you’ve attained the texture of whipped cream.
