With a glass of bubbly, everything becomes more festive. And no need to break the bank to treat yourself to some, thanks to the famous Italian sparkling wine, Prosecco DOC.
Fruity, lively, with a little floral side and notes of apple, it is both refined and accessible. Profiles and notes will vary a bit, but this festive sparkling wine always has a common thread: it can be mixed into a cool cocktail that smells like summer, in a few simple steps. Think spritz with Amermelade served with plain chips and olives for the perfect aperitif. Then, finish the bottle at the table with friends around a dish suggested below and boom: end the day with style and sparkle.

Extra Dry
Here's a lovely sparkling wine with a few extra grams of sugar, which is what the "Extra Dry" classification offers. Its festive appearance will give a nice spin to your gatherings, and it will be great with savoury hors d’oeuvre or a classic Prosciutto e Melone dish. At the table, think seasonal with some penne with prosciutto, Parmesan and asparagus.

Just golden
Golden apple, pear and acacia flower make up the lovely bouquet. On the palate, its small pearls are joined by a refreshing acidity and a pleasant subtility. A beautiful bottle to highlight a happy occasion or to brighten up a white fish or seafood meal.

Ruffi-yes
Very fresh, very lively! This Prosecco DOC, this time signed by the famous Ruffino estate, offers aromas of chamomile, white fruits and Granny Smith apple. 100% Glera and completely seductive. Jutse right in a spritz or by itself as an aperitif. At the table, we say yes please (and more, please!) with lobster tacos.

Very fresco
Fine bubbles set in a lively, fruity and floral ensemble create an inviting and persistent mousse. Perfect on its own come aperitif time or, dare we say it again, in a spritz. This Prosecco DOC will also do wonders with ceviche or a smoked salmon pasta salad.

A taste of summer
Founded in 1887, the Mionetto estate has also become a master in the art of the Italian bubbly. Its Prosecco DOC offers a lovely bouquet of Golden apple, honey and white peach, while the fresh and lively mouth presents a well-balanced acidity. Serve it as an aperitif with crab cakes, then at the table with a nice big fattoush salad.

Prosecco, but make it pink
The Zonin family is one of the largest wine producers in Italy. Inspired by the principle "To each region its wines and traditions", Gianni Zonin has taken meticulous care to select exceptional terroirs since the end of the 1960s. Authorized since 2020, the new Prosecco DOC Rosé is a hit with customers. Try it with this cuvée featuring notes of red fruits such as strawberry, apple and almond. Go all-out pink with shrimp pasta.
