Whispering Angel is mostly made of Grenache. Harvested only at night and in the morning for optimal freshness, the grapes are then optically sorted, removing any grapes deemed to be of insufficient quality. The owner of the estate, Sacha Lichine, has revolutionized the style of the region's rosés with his innovative methods. Its winery boasts great elegance and aromatic intensity.

A favourite of Quebecers, the famous Italian estate signs a Prosecco that seduces with its beautiful freshness, acidity, and delicate bubbles. While its fruity and balanced aromas make it an excellent option for an aperitif, it also pairs brilliantly with salmon tartare. Here's a lovely sparkling wine from Luxembourg, made from 100% Pinot Noir with a fruity and lively profile that will whet your appetite. It reveals notes of almonds, strawberries and floral notes, with fine, persistent bubbles. Excellent as an aperitif with ham bites. Judging by the reviews, Mom will be delighted!
